New Big Bore Extra Heavy Duty Steering Box, Ported for Cylinder Assist, Larger 45mm Sector Shaft, 2000-2007 Classic GM 2500HD/3500 4WD Trucks IMPORTANT: This REQUIRES a 4 Spline Pitman Arm and Matching Idler Arm so If you have a 3 Spline Pitman Arm you will have to Change both the Pitman Arm and Idler Arm Assembly to Match. If you switch from 3-spline to 4-spline alignment is required but this should be done in any installation anyway. NOTE that the Intermediate Shaft Joint will be a TIGHT FIT and should be removed and pre-fit off of the truck BEFORE installing the Steering Gearbox on the truck by removing the bolt spreading of the U-joint clamp slightly TEST FIT FIRST.
